High School Financial Education Resources

We have found many different financial education curricula for the MCSP High Schools. All of the below programs are available free to approved educational institutions. They are High School level appropriate and have proved their successes many times!

  • GEAR UP's High School Program
    • GEAR UP's High School program is an interactive experience especially for high school students to prepare them when 8 hours of their day will be work not education. It was prepared specifically for the NCCEP, National Council for Community and Education Partnerships, as a public service by the Denver-based National Endowment for Financial Education® (NEFE®); Theodore (Ted) Beck, President and CEO; Brent A. Neiser, CFP, Director of Collaborative Programs; and Mary J. Schultz, Project Manager of Collaborative Programs.
  • The National Endowment for Financial Education's High School Program
    • Since 1984, NEFE has been addressing youth financial literacy with the nationally known NEFE High School Financial Planning Program® (HSFPP). The HSFPP consists of a seven unit student manual, instructor’s guide, and a dynamic suite of Web pages that offer a large, continually growing collection of resources, articles, and financial tools for teachers, students, and parents
